The Paddocks is a proposed residential development for 16 new residential dwellings with associated parking on 0.8 hectares of land in Bagshot, Surrey. The proposed development aims to regenerate a site that has been vacant and derelict for many years, and is proposed to be the ‘gateway’ to enhancing and revitalising Bagshot Town Centre. The architecture reflects traditional gable forms with modern detailing, and has been designed with consideration for the potential of surrounding sites.
