Conversion of a former Grade 2 Listed Courthouse into 9 luxury, high quality apartments.
We were appointed by William Piers Group to produce designs for the sympathetic conversion of a former courthouse building. As part of the client brief we were instructed to retain as many of the original building features as possible. The project included the design of high quality 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in addition to a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse. The contract value of the project was £1.2 million and work was completed on site early in 2012.
