This design of 204 student apartments, 10 student family houses and 12,000 Sq.ft. of student facilities (including a café and bar), was a significant £8million student accommodation facility for Canterbury Christchurch University.
The architectural design responded to the substantial street frontage on St George’s Place, with the contrasting smaller scale design within the conservation area off Dover Street at the opposite side of the site. The completed facility was opened on schedule and to widespread commendation in 2012.
