Kings Hill is a large masterplanning scheme involving the creation of 2,700 homes and 2 million sqft of business space on a former WW2 airfield.
The development includes housing and amenities, alongside supermarkets, leisure centres, schools and sporting facilities.
The scheme has been progressing since construction first started on site in 1990, involving multiple phases of development. On Architecture are retained by the client as the lead masterplanners for Kings Hill.
