The Hoplands Park development creates 250 new dwellings and community facilities on a 70 acre farmland site on the outskirts of Canterbury.
Our vision was to create a new village extension for adjacent Hersden, including a school, business park and medical centre, resulting in a much-needed increase in employment and housing for the area.
With planning consent granted in 2017, this project is currently on site…. Check back for updates!
