The scheme places sustainability and biodiversity at its heart, with green corridors, tree-lined streets, and a landscaped play area supporting a healthy and attractive living environment. Retained hedgerows, native planting, and a SuDS attenuation swale contribute to Biodiversity Net Gain and a strong ecological character.
