The Social Club sits to the east of the site, with amenity space fronting the street, this allows for a distinction between the residential spaces and the club.
The site plan has been laid out to maximise the amount of amenity space within the development. Trees are proposed to front Beaver Road and pockets of green space are located along Norman Road, breaking up the hard standing and built form. The layout of the side has been designed to accommodate all services on the ground floor, with Block B acting as the main area for plant. Block A includes flats from ground to fourth floor, whilst Block B only provides residential units from the first floor.
