Oak Tree Court involves the creation of 36 retirement apartments comprising a mix of one and two bedrooms, together with a Club Lounge, Guest Suite, mobility store landscaped communal gardens and associated carparking.
The proposal has been designed around the constraints of the site and the wide frontage onto the existing road, resulting in a building footprint which responds to the site boundary. The proposal responds to the scale of the existing domestic houses, and reflects a residential and traditional style architecture.
