A purpose-built retirement scheme, De La Mare House incorporates 16 spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, exclusively for the over 55’s over 5 floors.
The scheme is in the highly desirable town of Beckenham, London and benefits from good public transport links.
Our design responds to its surrounding context by stepping back on the top floor, minimising visual impact. It also incorporates large balconies on all floors for private amenity space. Construction started on site in Summer 2017 and was completed in Spring 2018.
