On Architecture was commissioned to design a bespoke extension to a terrace house situated within the historic city of Canterbury.
The brief required the maximisation of space and natural light to create an inside / outside flow, incorporating the underutilised courtyard.
We created a high quality and functional space that features modern cladding and glazing, which contrasts and compliments the existing architecture, whilst enhancing the existing small space through crafted and considered architecture.
