Located in an affluent suburb of south east of London, Shepheard’s House is a retirement living scheme of one and two bedroom apartments exclusively for those over 70.
The building design is linear with projecting wings, which have been designed to sit within the existing gaps within the landscaping. These design elements provide the opportunity to incorporate private landscaped communal gardens, amongst the existing mature planting which is at the heart of the scheme.
Apartments have the benefit of either a ground floor terrace or private balcony together with the use of large landscaped gardens directly connected to the club lounge, ensuring that all occupants benefit from the extensive amenity space.
