East Hall Farm will be a high-quality residential-led development, partly located within the existing settlement of Sittingbourne, with up to 380 new homes in a range of house types and sizes from 1-4 bedroom houses and apartments. The site is well connected to the surrounding areas via the existing road network, railway, cycle routes and footpaths. The main entrance of the site connects to the Eurolink V / East Hall Farm roundabout which provides access to Sittingbourne town centre and the A249 further afield. 

The Public Right of Way crossing the site is to be upgraded to bridleway standards and connects the site to a larger network of PROWs surrounding the site. 

The National Cycle Network abutting the east and south of the site is being connected into, along with a network of pedestrian and cycle paths being provided in the site. 

Connections to London and Canterbury via the Chatham railway line are available from Sittingbourne station, a 35 minute walk (15 minute drive) away.
